I would like to thank Cat, Mike and HoustonAppliance.net for the extremely positive experience I had today. Yesterday, I called to as about a reconditioned Whirlpool Dryer they advertised for sale @ $225. I have never in my life made a purchase like this over the phone, but I used to work for Sears Parts Direct and know that Kenmore is made by Whirlpool, and they are by far some of the most reliable laundry appliances available to consumers. My dryer was delivered the next and and I can tell you the customer service from this company far exceeds anything I could have presumed to expect. i will say this: If ever I am in need of anything they have to offer it WILL come from Houston Appliance.net, they are a sure bet. I do hope you understand the importance of your assistance in the project and how these people appreciate what we have done. We assisted 64 residents of Sabine Pass (61% of those living there), and provided them a basic service that was not available. Without your assistance and providing the service of delivery and setup, some of the elderly residents may not have received anything.
